The service: Your text, embroidered start to finish in our Indianapolis workshop on our SmartStitch S1201 commercial embroidery machine. We send a digital proof of your text and thread color before anything gets stitched.
How to order:
- Pick your color
- Type your text in the Text field (up to 50 characters — names, titles, dates, short phrases)
- Type the thread color you want in the Thread Color field — browse our in-stock thread colors first
- Optional: note a font or placement preference in the Instructions/Notes field
Fonts: Browse our embroidery font library to pick a style. If you don't specify, we'll choose one that fits your text. Common picks: Block, Connecting Script, Old English, Varsity.
What's included:

- Front-crown embroidery of your text (up to 50 characters)

Turnaround: Most single-piece and small orders ship from Indianapolis in 3-5 business days from proof approval. Larger orders (25+): 1-2 weeks.

How much text fits?
Up to 50 characters total — roughly a short name and a word or two. If you're near the limit we'll balance the sizing at the proof step.
Can I pick the font and placement?
Yes. Note your font and where you want it (front crown, side, or brim) in the Instructions/Notes field. Default placement is the front crown.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Ships from Indianapolis via USPS or UPS. Free personal delivery on orders of $50+ within 50 miles of Indianapolis.
