Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every order we produce. Please read this policy carefully, as all of our products are custom-made and personalized to order.

All Sales Are Custom

Because every item we make is custom or personalized (embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer, or made-to-order), we do not accept returns or exchanges on the basis of preference, change of mind, or ordering error on the customer’s part.

What We Do Cover

We will issue a replacement or refund if your order arrives with any of the following:

A manufacturing defect (poor stitching, faded transfer, production flaw)
Physical damage from shipping
Wrong size shipped
Wrong item shipped
Incorrect quantity (missing items)

To report an issue, email us at info@itsnotnought.biz within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Items reported after 14 days may not be eligible for resolution.

How We Resolve It

Our first preference is always to make it right with a replacement. If a replacement is not possible or practical, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

For orders under $40, we will not require the item to be returned—we’ll resolve it from the photos alone. For orders over $40, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Custom Orders & Proof Approval

All custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. For embroidery logos and detailed designs, we may provide a digital proof before production. Once you approve the proof, no changes or cancellations can be made.

If you do not respond to a proof request, we will follow up before proceeding.

Digital Files

Digital design files (SVG, DXF, embroidery files, etc.) are final sale. No refunds or exchanges once delivered.
