Your logo needs a stitch file. An embroidery machine can't stitch from a JPG, PNG or PDF. If you don't already have an embroidery-ready file (.DST, .PES, .EXP) made for this placement, add our $25 Digitizing Service to your order. Already digitized with us? Say so in the notes and we'll confirm your file fits this item before anything is stitched.
The service: Your logo, embroidered start to finish in our Indianapolis workshop on our SmartStitch commercial embroidery machines. We walk you through placement, thread color, and sizing, then send a digital proof before anything gets stitched. No surprises.
Bucket hat placement: Embroidery is placed on the front crown by default. Bucket hats can be worn a few ways, so if you want your design on a side panel or the brim instead, just tell us in the notes and we'll set it where you want it.

FAQ
How big can the embroidery be on a bucket hat?
The front crown comfortably fits a design up to about 3" wide. For larger or wrap-around designs, message us first so we can confirm hoop fit and stitch count.
Where does the design go?
Front crown by default. Because bucket hats get worn brim-up, brim-down, and tilted, you can pick a different spot — side panel or brim — in the order notes.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Ships from Indianapolis via USPS or UPS. Free personal delivery on orders of $50+ within 30 miles of Indianapolis.
