Welcome to Its Not Nought. By placing an order through our website or other sales channels, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Most of our products are custom-made (embroidery, sublimation, engraving, and digital designs).
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, unless there is an error on our part.
  • If applicable, digital proofs or mock-ups may be provided for approval. Once approved, changes or cancellations are not possible.

2. Digital Files

  • All digital files (SVG, DXF, embroidery files, etc.) are for personal use only, unless explicitly licensed otherwise.
  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
  • You may not resell, share, or redistribute digital files in their original form.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details, as we are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • Production times vary depending on the complexity of your order. Estimated turnaround times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom and personalized products are non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or production error.
  • All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

6. Damages & Errors

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@itsnotnought.biz with photos showing the issue so we can make it right.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, product photos, and content on our site are the property of Its Not Nought unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We take pride in the quality of our products, but Its Not Nought is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
