Processing Times

  • Most custom orders (embroidery, sublimation, and personalized products) require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Larger or highly detailed embroidery orders may take longer; we will provide an estimated ship date when your order is confirmed.
  • Digital design files (SVG, DXF, embroidery files, etc.) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees or timelines.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates.
  • Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly noted on product pages or at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are based on the shipping method you select at checkout.
  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Local Personal Delivery

  • For customers within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN, we offer personal delivery on orders of $50 or more.
  • Delivery will be scheduled directly with you after purchase.
  • If delivery is not possible at the agreed time or location, your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@itsnotnought.biz with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If you believe your package has a product defect rather than shipping damage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim. Please note that resolution times vary depending on the carrier.
