To embroider your logo, we need a stitch-ready embroidery file (DST, PES, EXP, etc.).
- Already have one? Upload your stitch-ready file with your order.
- Don’t have one? Add our Digitizing Service to convert your artwork into a machine-ready file.
- Orders of 15+ with the same logo: digitizing fee is waived. Just upload your artwork.

Why this cap Richardson 225 Casual Performance Lite. A light structured, six-panel, low profile crown in 100% polyester, with a pre-curved bill, Stay Dri performance sweatband, UPF 35 sun protection, and a hook-and-loop backstrap. One size fits most, 6 5/8 to 7 3/8. There is no mesh back, so it reads cleaner and more finished than a trucker. Sourced through authorized Richardson distributors — never knockoffs.
