Get your logo professionally embroidered on a low profile performance cap — lighter, softer, and less prominent on the head than a structured trucker. Fixed pricing on 1 to 6 hats covers the cap, materials, and embroidery up to 12,000 stitches. No surprises.
Your logo needs a stitch file. An embroidery machine can't stitch from a JPG, PNG or PDF. If you don't already have an embroidery-ready file (.DST, .PES, .EXP) made for this placement, add our $25 Digitizing Service to your order. Already digitized with us? Say so in the notes and we'll confirm your file fits this item before anything is stitched.

Why this cap Richardson 225 Casual Performance Lite. A light structured, six-panel, low profile crown in 100% polyester, with a pre-curved bill, Stay Dri performance sweatband, UPF 35 sun protection, and a hook-and-loop backstrap. One size fits most, 6 5/8 to 7 3/8. There is no mesh back, so it reads cleaner and more finished than a trucker. Sourced through authorized Richardson distributors — never knockoffs.
