Logo File Requirements
To embroider your logo, we need a stitch-ready embroidery file (DST, PES, EXP, etc.).
- Already have one? Upload your stitch-ready file with your order.
- Don’t have one? Add our Digitizing Service to convert your artwork into a machine-ready file. It is on the house!
- Orders of 15+ with the same logo: digitizing fee is waived. Just upload your artwork.

Turnaround: Most single-piece and small orders ship from Indianapolis in 3–5 business days from proof approval. Larger orders (25+): 1–2 weeks. Need it faster? Ask before you order.

FAQ
What's the largest design you can embroider on the chest?
Left-chest standard runs about 3.5" wide. We can go larger for full-front or back placements — message us first so we can confirm hoop fit and stitch count.
Will my logo look good embroidered?
Most logos translate well, but very small text, thin lines, and gradients can be tricky. We review your file at proof stage and tell you straight if something needs adjustment. No guessing.
How many thread colors can I use?
Most logos use 1–4 thread colors. We can match almost any brand color from our in-stock thread library or order in.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Ships from Indianapolis via USPS or UPS. Free personal delivery on orders of $50+ within 50 miles of Indianapolis.
Made in the USA?
Bella+Canvas 3001 fabric is imported; cut, sewn, and dyed in Los Angeles. Embroidery is done in our Indianapolis workshop.
Can I order more than one design across different shirts in one order?
Yes. Each design needs its own digitizing setup — if you're using two different logos on different shirts, each design needs its own digitizing fee (waived at 15+ of that design).
