The sweatshirt: Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirt. 8.0 oz, 50% cotton / 50% polyester, with a ribbed collar, cuffs, and waistband, and double-needle stitching throughout. No hood, no pocket — a clean chest panel, which makes it the easiest thing we stitch. Durable, embroiders cleanly, holds up to repeated washing.

The service: Your logo, embroidered start to finish in our Indianapolis workshop on our SmartStitch S1201 commercial embroidery machine. We walk you through placement, thread color, and sizing, then send you a digital proof before anything gets stitched. No surprises.

FAQ

What's the largest design you can embroider on the chest?
Left-chest standard runs about 3.5" wide. A crewneck has no hood or pocket in the way, so full-front and back placements are straightforward — message us first so we can confirm hoop fit and stitch count.

Will my logo look good embroidered?
Most logos translate well, but very small text, thin lines, and gradients can be tricky. We review your file at proof stage and tell you straight if something needs adjustment. No guessing.

How many thread colors can I use?
Most logos use 1–4 thread colors. We can match almost any brand color from our thread color library or order it in.

Crewneck or hoodie?
Same 8.0 oz heavy blend fabric and the same color range. The crewneck runs a few dollars less, layers better under a jacket, and gives you a flat chest panel with nothing in the way of the design. Pick the hoodie if you want the pouch pocket and hood.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Ships from Indianapolis via USPS or UPS. Free personal delivery on orders of $50+ within 30 miles of Indianapolis.

Made in the USA?
Gildan 18000 fabric is imported; manufactured by Gildan. Embroidery is done in our Indianapolis workshop.

Can I order more than one design across different sweatshirts in one order?
Yes. Each design needs its own digitizing setup — if you're using two different logos, each design needs its own digitizing fee (waived at 15+ of that design).
