Custom Full Color Leather Patch Hat – Richardson 112 | UV Printed Faux Leather Logo Patch

Your logo printed in full color on a faux leather patch and heat pressed onto an authentic Richardson 112 trucker cap. Fixed pricing on 1 to 6 hats covers the cap, the patch and the printing. There is no digitizing fee, because we print straight from your artwork, not from a stitch file.

Patch colors

• Light Brown: a light brown patch.
• Bourbon Brown: a medium brown patch.
• Dark Brown: a dark brown patch.

Your design prints in full color on the patch you choose. Anywhere your design leaves open space, the leather color shows through.

The patch is faux leather (PU leatherette), not animal hide. It has a consistent color and grain from hat to hat.

Artwork: what prints well

• Full color is welcome. Multi-color logos, gradients and shading print as designed.
• Keep it readable. A patch is small, so very fine detail and tiny lettering get hard to read once printed. Bold shapes and clear lettering look best.
• File types. Vector artwork is preferred (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). A PNG or JPG works if it is sharp and at least 300 dpi at the size it will print. For a design that isn't a rectangle, a PNG with a transparent background lets the leather show around it.
• Colors. Your proof is a close guide, but printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on a screen.
• Your artwork, your permission. Upload only artwork you own or have permission to use. We don't reproduce licensed characters, sports teams or other companies' trademarks.

We review every file before anything is made. If yours needs a small cleanup, we do it and show you the result on your proof. If it needs to be redrawn, we quote that first. Patch size and shape Patches are sized to suit your design, up to about 3.5 in wide by 2.25 in tall. The standard shape is a rounded rectangle.
