Pick a design from our embroidery catalog and we will stitch it on a pigment-dyed unstructured cotton cap. Browse the full catalog, note the design name, and enter it at checkout. Because these are designs we have already digitized in-house, there is no digitizing fee.

Please note: these designs are not sold on their own. We do not sell embroidery files, digitized files, patches, or downloads. Each design is stitched onto a hat as part of a completed, made-to-order purchase.

How It Works

1. Browse the hat design catalog and note the name of the design you want.
2. Choose your hat color.
3. Enter the design name in the Design Name field.
4. Optional: add a line of your own text (see below).
5. Review and approve your digital proof before we stitch.

Want a name, date, or short phrase stitched alongside your design? Select Add Text: Yes and you can enter your text, thread color, and font. Text is stitched as a curved line across the back of the cap by default. Prefer the left or right side instead? Just note which side in the Instructions/Notes field. Browse our embroidery font library and in-stock thread colors, or describe what you want in the notes and we will match it.

The Hat

Valucap SP500 pigment-dyed, garment-washed 100% brushed cotton unstructured cap with an antiqued brass buckle closure and adjustable strap, one size fits most. The pigment-dyed finish gives every cap a slightly broken-in look from day one. Available in 19 colors — see product images. Want a color or style not listed?
