Every custom job is stitched start to finish in our Indianapolis workshop on a SmartStitch S1201 commercial embroidery machine. You're not shipping your blanks off to a warehouse and hoping for the best. Digitizing is handled either in-house or by PRO Digitizing, a trusted specialist we've worked with for years. We walk you through placement, colors, and sizing, and provide a digital proof before anything gets stitched. No surprises.
What we embroider: headwear, apparel, bags, patches, and most fabric items. Have something unusual? Ask — we'll tell you straight if it works.
The Basics
- No minimums. Order one or one hundred.

Typical turnaround (to ship from Indianapolis):
- Single pieces or small orders (10 or fewer) with an existing digitized logo: 3–5 business days
- New logo that needs digitizing: add about 2 business days for digitizing; most small orders ship within 5–7 business days
- Larger orders (25+): 1–2 weeks depending on size and complexity
- Need it sooner? Ask before ordering and we'll tell you what's doable
- Digitizing: $40 flat fee for new logos; waived on orders of 15+ of the same design. Already digitized with us? We keep your file on hand for reorders.
- Logo files: vector preferred (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf); high-resolution raster (.png, .jpg) accepted and converted as needed.
- Thread colors & fonts: Browse our available thread colors and our embroidery font library before you order so you can pick the look you want.
- Shipping: ships nationwide from Indianapolis. Free personal delivery on orders of $50+ within 50 miles of Indianapolis.
